LPIC-1 Linux Administration

Welcome to LPIC-1 Linux Administration, a practical course designed to build the core skills needed to work confidently with Linux systems. Throughout this course, learners will explore how Linux interacts with hardware, how the boot process works, how to install and manage software packages, and how to use essential GNU and Unix commands from the command line.

The course also develops hands-on ability in file management, text processing, processes, permissions, partitions, filesystems, mounting, links, and the Linux filesystem hierarchy. Each section is supported by guided and exploratory exercises so learners can move from understanding concepts to applying them in real administrative tasks.

By the end of the course, participants will have a strong foundation in Linux system administration and will be better prepared for LPIC-1 exam objectives, especially the 101-500 track.
